Attention! Please read these "Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully before using www.fabbrica.az (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). If you do not agree with the terms, you may leave the Website. Otherwise, your visit to the Website and any actions you take will imply your full consent to these Terms.

Terms and Definitions

  • Company/Seller – "Stone House" Limited Liability Company (TIN: 1505985901, Address: 39 Binagadi Highway, Binagadi District, Baku).

  • Site – The fabbrica.az website belonging to the Company, which specializes in the production of premium custom furniture.

  • User – A legally competent adult who accesses the Site and continues to use it under the conditions specified in these Terms.

  • Goods/Product – Premium custom furniture, interior solutions, and other accessories featured on the Site.

  • Order – The User's request and processing for the production, delivery, and installation of furniture based on custom measurements or an existing catalog.


1. General Provisions

1.1. Using the Site, regardless of whether the User registers or logs in, constitutes the User's agreement to these Terms. 1.2. The person (User) accessing the fabbrica.az site guarantees that they are of legal age and fully legally competent. 1.3. Information, visuals, and designs posted on the Site are the intellectual property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the information on the site at any time without prior notice to Users. 1.4. When placing an order, the User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and consents to the processing of their personal data. The Company uses this data solely for order fulfillment, delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction verification.


2. Order Processing and Production Terms

2.1. As Fabbrica is a manufacturer of premium custom furniture, products are specially made based on the client's individual requirements, measurements, and selected materials. 2.2. Orders placed via the Site or by contacting the Company directly are put into production after the final approval of the design, dimensions, and materials by both parties. 2.3. Production time may vary depending on the volume and complexity of the order and is communicated to the User in advance upon order confirmation.


3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payments on the fabbrica.az website and during order processing are made only via bank card. 3.2. Cash payments are not accepted. 3.3. The initial down payment (if applicable) required to start production and the final payment must be made through the official cashless payment channels provided by the Company.


4. Delivery and Installation

4.1. Furniture delivery and installation are carried out by the Company's professional team. The delivery time is agreed upon in advance with the User. 4.2. For delivery and installation at the specified address, the User must ensure the following conditions:

  • Be present at the address at the agreed delivery time;

  • Clear and prepare the space where the furniture will be installed in advance;

  • Ensure that hallways and doorways are wide enough for the furniture parts to pass through without obstruction. 4.3. The installation team does not provide services for moving other items (old furniture, appliances, etc.) or cleaning the room. 4.4. Upon completion of the installation, the User must check the appearance, completeness, and quality of the furniture on-site and sign the Acceptance Certificate. Once the certificate is signed, claims regarding mechanical damage are not accepted.


5. Order Cancellation and Return Policy

5.1. Cancellation of Custom Orders: Because products are manufactured based on the User's custom measurements and specific design, the order cannot be canceled once it has been officially confirmed and put into production. 5.2. Return Conditions: According to the Consumer Protection Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, furniture of satisfactory quality that has been specially made to custom measurements and cannot be used by another person is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 5.3. If a manufacturing defect or damage is discovered during the handover, the Company commits to resolving the issue at its own expense as quickly as possible (repair or replacement of the damaged part).
