Repair or Replacement of Defective Products
Our products are covered by a warranty in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection". If a manufacturing defect is discovered during the handover or within the warranty period:
Report the defect by calling our hotline at (+994) 10 212 00 52 or emailing info@fabbrica.az (attaching photos or videos is recommended).
The Company's technical expert will inspect the defect on-site.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, "Fabbrica" will resolve the issue at its own expense as quickly as possible (repair or replacement of the defective part).
If the defect cannot be technically resolved, the product will be replaced, or a refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed only to the bank card used during the order. According to banking regulations, it may take up to 14 calendar days for the funds to reach the account.
Returns Based on Personal Preference
Because "Fabbrica" specializes in premium custom furniture, all products are manufactured based on the customer's specific measurements, selected materials, and individual design.
According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Consumer Protection", goods of satisfactory quality that are custom-made to the buyer's individual requirements and cannot be used by anyone else are non-returnable and non-exchangeable based on personal preference.
Once an order has been officially confirmed and put into production, it cannot be canceled.

Company/Seller – "Stone House" Limited Liability Company (TIN: 1505985901). Address: 39 Binagadi Highway, Binagadi District, Baku.
Website – The fabbrica.az site managed by "Stone House" LLC.
Buyer – The user who enters into a contract with the Seller and orders custom furniture.
